Default DXing with a handheld...

is it easily done with the rubber duckie? i would imagine your chance of success increases with use of a attic mount antenna....

Are you talking about transmitting or receiving only? A little more info please?

I have a good friend who has an HF HT for 40 Meters, and two other bands. I was with him personally in a public park when he made a contact across the nation on 3 watts or less. This was just over a month or two ago. It CAN be done!
