Are we (District 3) the district with the least amount of hams? Just happened to notice that the FCC is giving out KB3Zxx call signs, which means we'll be into KC3xxx soon. I think we're the last ones still in the KB range.
Looks like 3-land is just ahead of 1-land in the race to issue all its "KBnaaa" callsigns.

Maybe if everybody in Delaware became a ham, the 3rd district might be more like one of the larger ones. There just isn't that much population to draw from.
