Question 2 antennas on same mast ??

Hi

I have a question : I built the tilt-over mast made by Tonsoffun and put the DLP LP scanner antenna with rotor on top. I also have the DLP OMNI X, my question is : can i put my omni X on top of the LP antenna with the rotor or I need to install it with L shape mast and space it from the LP antenna???

From the second pic : best choice no 1 or no 2 ???

Default Two antennas on the same mast

My personal choice would be #2, In my opinion (And it's just my opinion based on my observation) is mounting a longer mast which is what you will have to do to accommodate the second antenna & the antenna will put additional undue strain on your rotor which looks to me that it would not be able to handle the extra weight, not to mention factoring in the additional windload. Whatever you decide, good luck & please be VERY careful up there.

I would agree with FLRAILMAN with Opt #2.Your tiltover would allow you to do it nicely.
