Thumbs up MilTenna Omni UHF/VHF Air Model Antenna

I received my MilTenna Omni today from DPD Productions. As usual I was impressed with the build quality and ease of assembly.

Like so many of my antennas, it's hanging on my office wall on a picture hook and Ty Raps. My Uniden BCT15X immediately came to life! Aircraft comms are swamping my office. I even heard Camp Grayling military base blast in like they were down the street! They are about 140 miles away!

It definitely pays to buy band specific antennas, rather than trying to do it all with one wide-band antenna.

Bill
