Default Aor 8600mk2

Hi. I've posted on another forum but it would probably be better here. When using SSB in the VHF/UHF regions is the tuning smooth. Somebody recommended I find out before purchasing this scanner as the aor 8200 made a chuff noise when tuning SSB and wasn't particularly smooth. I'm opting for the 8600 for VHF and UHF Dx in particular SSB propagation beacons. I have no interest in HF on this only it's performance as a VHF scanner/receiver. Any views would be great . Thanks.

I will be happy to send you a copy of my detailed review of how the AR8600 performs on single sideband reception. Send me a PM with your email. Dan
