Default AOR VI-8200 Inverter Card

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a AOR scanner with the inverter card option? How does it perform? I am thinking of buying a AOR scanner w/ the VI-8200 card. I wanted to play around with some of my old MX-COM VSB voice scramblers. More specifically I wanted to TX the scrambled signal to the AOR and divide the signal to either upper or lower sideband to isolate the split point (upper or lower) from the variable split band scrambler then try to invert one of the narrower bands to try to restore intelligibility.
