Default Aor Ar 1000

Hi, just got this scanner it's quite old i know but works fine can anyone give me some advice please on how to delete the frequencys that are stored in it ? it has no manual same old story lol, but if anyone can help ill be most gratefull .

Default AOR 1000 Progam Instrs

I still own my AOR 1000 and I still have an instruction book. I will see what I can do.
