Default Search Banks

I bought an AOR 8200 MKIII from Japan and the search banks are clearly not the same as in the US version. Does anyone have a .sch file that they'd be willing to share from the US version. Or even a link to a source that has a recommendation for search bank upper and lower limits and steps.

Speaking of steps, can anyone tell me why, when you program a single frequency in this radio it wants a step value? Am I totally missing something? What is the value of having a step value for a single frequency? Does it matter what value I put in there?

Thanks
Chris
