Joe - you might want to post this link in the Federal Monitoring forum as well. This would be useful for people all over the country.

The most important aspect of having this document is not the abbreviations it contains. You won't hear those abbreviations over the air very often. The most important aspect of it is being able to see how each agency is organized as far as units. For example, this document shows the BLM in Nevada and all of its districts. It also contains information, state by state, of all the federal interagency dispatch centers.

The abbreviations can help should you see fire units and are close enough to read the the identifying information on the vehicle. For example, you might see a green engine and notice a "HTF 7132" marking on the left front bumper and right rear areas, as well as on the sides forward of the front doors. By knowing the abbreviations you will be able to tell that this engine is from the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. The 7132 is the radio call sign for that apparatus.
