It is, but technically it's illegal (here in the US and probably most other places as well) to actually do such a thing. Speaking about it or discussing such activities, if I remember correctly, is against the RR forum rules, sooo... there isn't anyplace here to talk about it.

Whoops sorry about that. Yeah i really didn't know anything about the topic and now that you do say so it does make sense that it would be not legal. I was just curious. I edited my original post to remove the question. We can probably go ahead and close this thread too admins. Thanks for your help br0adband
