Question about AOR 8200 Series II

Does anyone know how to access the bottom functions on the keypad (OPTION, SLEEP, COPY, M.in)? The instructions in the manual do not perform the desired operation and I am at a loss as to how to access these functions. Any advice would be appreciated.

Also, is anyone know of any specific informational sites for this scanner, or any forums?
