Listening to Ct State police on a analog scanner

I programed all the ct state police frequencies and all i hear is the control channels. I thought it was possible to hear trunking frequencies on a analog scanner?

Sorry, That can't be done.
You will need a digital scanner..

You can monitor trunking frequencies on an analog scanner. But not digital trunking. Is the system you're trying to monitor digital?

yes it's digital... guess i have to buy a new scanner
