glossary of terms etc..

New guy here, 2 weeks ago I purchased a Icom ICr20 and I still am overwelmed.
Its getting better the more I use it. I took advise from a senior member here and
purchased cloning software for this model and it greatly speeds the programming.
However there is so many abbreviations that must mean something ? I would be
interested in knowing how to use them to enjoy this radio more.
are there any books that aren't too technical that I can reference

It might be goo to have some kind of an idea exactly what you mean by abbreviations.

For instance:
offset freq.
FMTS
dup
train
tsql freq
really all of it. thanks
