1 killed after man walks up to car, shoots person inside

At 2pm this afternoon a man was fatally shot at 5th Avenue and Broadway in Phoenix. Apparently The suspect walked up to a car and fired shots into the vehicle, killing the passenger. The Suspect is still being sought by police.
