Default GRE 500 & P25 NAC settings

Has anyone tried the P25 NAC settings on their GRE 500/600 with the Phoenix P25 system or MCSO Astro system? I just got the GRE 500 the other day and haven't had the time to play around with it that much yet and was wondering if the NAC settings would help or not with these 2 systems. As always, thanks in advance for your input.
