As you find new TG's, please make every effort to ID the use BEFORE submitting them to the database. If you are not able to ID, then provide some information that might help ID the user of the TG, i.e. sounds like plumbing related in Glendale or sounds like a talk group between PD personnel.
Also, entering encrypted only talk groups into the database, as a general rule won't be entered, since no one can monitor it. Yes, there are some encrypted only talk groups that have been ID'd in the past and are there because it helps those monitoring a specific system to know where a user went. But, if the user of an encrypted TG is not known, it really is not helpful.
On a general note, there have a number of recent submissions that stated encrypted only, and that is why they weren't entered.
