Question PRWN with 800 Mhz Yagi

I am looking into purchasing an 800 Mhz YAGI, in order to hopefully cutdown on the number of drop outs
that I get when i use my Discone when monitoring PPD.
I live at 27th Avenue & Camelback, in Phoenix, and was trying to figure out which Site I would point it to, for best results ?

The simulcast locations are listed in the database. There was a thread on here awhile ago about pointing a yagi directly at the tower versus pointing it a certain degree towards the tower but not directly at it. I believe Phoenixscanner was the thread starter, but I can't remember what the angle of departure was that was optimal.

What you want to do is not point it at the nearest site, but rather point it in such a way that it only picks up ONE site, and attenuates the others. This minimizes the multipath effect (i.e. duplicate signals arriving at the scanner slightly out of phase with one another) that causes the dropouts.
Been meaning to build a yagi myself, but keep getting preoccupied with other things on weekends. Let us know how it goes.
