Default Trouble with Luke AFB

Hi

I have a new GRE 500 and have been trying to get Luke AFB freqs to load. I successfully did this on my pro 96 but haven't had any luck with the 500. I have downloaded it through RadioReference and uploaded it to the scanner (using ARC 500 by Butel) but no luck. I can get some conversations by using conventional and loading the Freqs in the table by hand but this seems hit or miss. Any ideas? Thanks

Just out of sheer curiosity, why not download the WIN500 software and take it for a 30-day free trial drive? I just imported Luke AFB into my WIN500 software and uploaded it to my PSR-600 without a hitch. Of course, I cannot test the reception because of my location, but loading the scanner was flawless.

I have an illustrated help file here with instructions on how to import conventional frequencies not belonging to a system, here.

If nothing else, you will get a chance to compare programming software and it won't cost you anything.

Because he has ARC500 and downloaded it with that, I would guess. The problem could be because you did download from the database instead of manually entering the base offset and what not. There are two listed in the DB one is the new and the other the old control channel frequencies so maybe the software downloaded the old base offset.

Oh, I'm sorry. My bad.
