DPS Metro East TAC and East OTAR?

I logged quite a bit of this the other day on East Tac and some on East. I'm not sure what it is is this OTAR? I only noticed cause someone reported a problem with my feed and when I looked there was about 1hour and a little more of just this noise that the scanner stopped on. Did anybody else hear this yesterday?

Hi Aaron,

I noticed this yesterday too. Walter reported on the AZ Yahoo group that DPS was having some radio issues yesterday. This seems to all be resolved now as everything appears to be back to normal.

Ahh okay thanks Joe, I should check in on that yahoo group more often. Hopefully that equipment failure won't happen often.
