i have a 396 xt and located at Idaho Road and Broadway in AJ.
The sheriff cars buzz by night and day but most of my reception is static and broken up. I am using the freqs. from RR.

The AJPD simulcast C goes from good to bad.

Don't know about Pinal SO, I don't monitor them. As for AJPD, try Simulcast D instead of C, that might work better for you.

There wouldn't be any AJPD traffic on simulcast C. You're only about 3 miles from one of the simulcast D towers so you might want to try that. As far as PCSO, I'm in the central part of Mesa and can hear some of their traffic.
