Default FCC issues license for Chandler

I came across this listing for Chandler. Are these new frequencies for a new and independant system or will this be linked into the Phoenix/Mesa/Tempe/Peoria network?

These are the frequencies they are already using, so no they're not new.

I'm not familiar with that 1st block of frequencies - do you hear any traffic on them?

811.4625 FX1 30p 60e 20K0F2D 20K0F3E
812.4625 FX1 30p 60e 20K0F2D 20K0F3E
813.4625 FX1 30p 60e 20K0F2D 20K0F3E
814.4625 FX1 30p 60e 20K0F2D 20K0F3E
815.4625 FX1 30p 60e 20K0F2D 20K0F3E

Should I assume that they aren't trunked?

edit -

Nevermind I see that they are trunked frequencies... so... the question is: I've never seen them pop up when I'm scanning Chandler, how are these used? And why aren't they listed under the RR Database?

Those are the input frequencies. For the TRS systems we don't add them, so they don't show up.

Gotcha -

So... one last question... The pro-106 ought to be able to receive them, can they be coded as conventional FM frequencies?

I loaded them into the Chandler scan list, but they're just static noise when they're active.

Ensure the radio is set for digital reception, but the inputs that you are hearing may not be close enough to you to decode the signals. They are not high power, since they only need to make it to a repeater tower.

You probably won't gain any benefit from monitoring these, unless of course that is all you have plugged into the scanner. But, aside from the sparse, one-sided traffic that you'll hear, if you do this, it is only going to be useful to tell you that a unit is nearby to you.
