I am moving to Avondale, AZ and I would like to know if someone could give me the Frequency's for the Avondale FD, Police, EMS etc

They use the Glendale system.

It should also be noted that you will need a digital scanner to receive them if you don't already have one. I highly recommend the GRE PSR500 or 600 (or RadioShack equivalent) as it seems to perform the best on our digital system due to it's simulcast design.
