pro 164 newbie needs help

upgraded my pro 34 to a pro 164, what a diffrent world this is. I live in Scottsdale, AZ. Is there anyone out there who can help me? I 'd like to program Scottsdale PD into my pro 164. Searching the internet, I think I found the proper freq's. Considering returining it if I cant get a hang of this thing. HELP !!!!!!
