Hi gang,

I'm having a hell of a time keep the stream up consistently so I'm going to be using a different client other than scannercast to get the feed up and running. Weekends are visitation with the kids, so I didn't have much time to mess with this, but I'll have the feed back up again tonight. Thanks for your patience everyone.

Hey gang,

Just got word from the soon-to-be Mrs. Scanner that we now have real internet installed at the apartment - no more sharing wifi with the clubhouse and watching it go up and down like a yo-yo. So I can host a feed again, if people want. Let me know and if so I'll get it fired up again this evening, assuming RR will let me reconnect it - I might need to reapply...

Well we already have a PPD feed, but it seems to have reception issues even worse than my ugly old BC796D, so I wasn't sure if I should host PPD also, or something else. Maybe just the hot traffic TG's? Something that will differentiate my feed from the other one. Open to suggestions from the group on this. If it's on simulcast A or B I can host it, so let me know what you'd like to hear folks.

What we really need is a dedicated Mesa Police or Mesa Fire feed. One or the other, not both. Just a thought. I listen to the feed that provides MFD and MPD regularly, but I wish it was one or the other. A solid MFD feed would be nice.

Right now I have PPD chase, PFD K-Decks and the interop talkgroups on the feed. I can't pull in Mesa from where I'm at so I can't help you there APSN556. My thought on providing the talkgroups I have is that if a major incident happens, the interops should be a good set of talkgroups to listen to. Astrak had them as part of his feeds and they were very informative when multi-agency incidents went down, such as the armed standoff at the Chandler Mall last year.

I think I had G decks and PSAP on Phoenix PD feed and PSAP on the east valley feed.
