Default DPS shifting systems?

It seems DPS is getting a good deal of use out of the YRCS system here in Phoenix. It appears their detectives are using multiple talk groups on this system. Has anyone else noticed this, and does anyone know if they are planning a complete shift to this system for patrol work? There are YRCS sites up in all the right locations around the valley.

I have been hearing the DPS CID folks on the YRCS as well. Mostly it sounded like stake outs and following suspects. In addition, I have heard the patrol units on the simulcast of the current Phx area UHF frequencies as well as the Yuma district.
