Question Luke AFB P25

Is Luke "P25 auto" or "Mot type II Uhf/Vhf"? Anyone listening to this system?

Default Glendale

I Like the way you posted the Luke info, easy to read, understand, and program. Any chance you have Glendale programmed in and could post the info for them? I have the control freqs and talkgroups, but I still can't get them. I'm sure I have a mistake in the additional information. Thanks in advance.

...4728 A-13 Arena 1; 4727 A-14 Arena 2 (Westgate). Give it a try.
Some are reporting A-12 as encrypted, but I've heard it in the clear, used at a concert earlier this year.

Thanks for your replies! It's late now but I'll try to get it programmed tomorrow and see what happens.

If you set it to Roam, play with the Threshold settings to try to maximize the data capture from the CC. I live fairly close to a tower, so I had it at 90 and 99. 90 to help keep it from getting another, more distant, tower, and 99 since I am so close...

...that it should be a strong signal here. Your results will vary by your distance to a tower.

Thumbs up Thanks

After a couple of tries and a couple of silly mistakes, I got it to work. It's a bit different than what they had in the past, but I guess that should be no big surprise! I put in simulcast G using the Phoenix regional settings with the Glendale control channels, then the talkgroups I wanted and it works. But I also put in a wildcard and am getting PD on unlisted talkgroups, not sure who/where they are.

Anyway, thanks for the help.

Default Glendale Info

Guys, if you want to discuss different info than the original post then you should use the "Private message option" available to RR Premium Members. Or post a new thread. Changing the subject of the original post (Luke AFB P25 to Glendale PD) is commonly known as "Hijacking a post" and doesn't help TWO GROUPS of people, those who want to read about Luke P25 and those who could benefit from Glendale PD info. Please?, next time???

Start a new thread if you want help with the unknown-to-you talkgroups. They may be known to me and/or others, or you may be hearing new ones entirely. See you there if you do.
