Not quite sure what you're asking. Are you talking about paramedic to hospital communications? There are 9 (I think) frequencies set aside for this purpose, but I haven't heard anything on them in years. The paramedics talk to the hospitals on cell phones now.
Or are you asking about medical calls in general? The valley fire departments still use the old analog channels (the 'A' frequencies) for firefighting and the digital talkgroups (the K TGs) for most EMS/medical calls.
