RWC Buckeye and Avondale PD's

I live in Peoria and I am trying to receive calls from Buckeye and Avondale off of the RWC. cant seem to find them. Does anyone know which site or sites they are transmitting off of?

Buckeye = Simulcast J
Avondale = Simulcast G

You may hear them on other sites at times (like White Tanks) but the sites listed above are the primary sites for the respective talkgroups.

And Goodyear is on both Simulcast G and J.

Are you able to receive Simulcast J? I'm not able to with any reliability, but I don't have an external antenna. I'm in the area of 91st and Peoria Aves.
