RWC Scottsdale PD

Last night I thought I received Scottsdale PD from my residence in Peoria, tonight I cant. Have tried receiving Scottsdale off of the following sites. Scottsdale simulcast, Thompson Peak H and South Mountain H, haven't heard a peep. Can anyone steer me in the right direction with this.

There is no Thompson Peak H or South Mtn H, unless you mean the Thompson Peak High site and the South Mtn High site.
They're on Simulcast H which covers Scottsdale.
TG 3402 can be heard on the Thompson Peak site.
You may also hear them on occassion on Simulcast B, as can Glendale PD.
They're not on the South Mtn site.
