it says that Arizona DPS is rebanding to 800 MHz

what does mean to us scanner monitors and us with analog scanners?

It will only effect those using the 800mhz portion of the AIRS system. Really won't be a big deal. This is just a coordination message that informs users of these frequencies, that they will be complying with the rebanding requirement.

Simpler terms, just a frequency adjustment, that will make it in compliance with the remaining U.S. For Interop purposes.
