Default Mapping LTR systems in Tucson

I am trying to map two LTR systems in Tucson, both are Action Communications and I am using my PRO-97, for system one I have found frequency 461.1500 to be R21 or home repeater channel 21 on system two I have found 463.3250 to R30. If anyone has any more info they can share I would appreciate it, on every burst it does not show home repeater information its like every 10 to 15 that is shows something.

Standard LTR systems can only have 20 channels, 01 through 20.

I think I have two of them figured out. One is a security company under Action communications license and the other seems to be a golf course or something also under Action communications.
