Exclamation Flood rescue Coast Guard OPs Clay Co Ark
The Coast Guard is currently in Clay County (north of Corning) and Butler County MO (Neelyville & Coon Island area) areas.
Multiple helicopters are in the air as well as 1 Cessna. They are using 123.000 MHz. The Cessna is surveying the area above 3000 ft at this time. Heard Rescue Helo 6589 and others.

I was at work today but had gotten word that a black river levy had broken near neelyville...The warnings are still out tonight..
