MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED ON MONDAY - THURSDAY THIS WEEK, 5 to 7 INCHES PREDICTED!!!! ANYONE, ANYONE IN FLOOD AREAS PLEASE TAKE PRECAUTIONS ONCE AGAIN AS RIVERS ARE EXPECTED TO RISE ONCE AGAIN! IT'S AS SIMPLE AS 123, IF YOU'RE IN A FLOOD AREA, GET OUT! EVACUATE EARLY! PLEASE! HEAD THE WARNINGS!!!! FLOOD PRONE AREAS ESPECIALLY! ONCE AGAIN 5 to 7 INCHES OF RAIN EXPECTED ONCE AGAIN THIS WEEK! USE CAUTION!

HWY 14 From NEWPORT to BATESVILLE ALSO REMAINS CLOSED AS WELL AS HWY 25 FROM BLACK ROCK TO POWHATAN!!! AVOID THESE AREAS!!!
