Default Plane Crash

A small single engine aircraft crashed somewhere near a highway in the Greenwood Arkansas area today, State Police looking for it now.
The reporting party advised that fire had consumed the complete plane. I will post more as information becomes available.

Do we know yet if the Owner That Was Registered To The Plane Was Actually The Pilot On Board That Was Deceased?
I'm Not Finding Anything Else On Any Newpaper Site About It...
That's Sad News As Well...

None yet. Once the FAA man gets there you can forget any thing coming out till he gets good and ready to tell you.

I don't want you to be in suspense, Brian.
Same old story, low ceilings (around 700 feet above ground level), high mountains, and another plane hits a mountain near Mena. There is a reason that aero charts have a notation of
"Rapidly rising terrain, use caution during periods of low ceiling and visibility" in the Mena area.
