Default Noise on KFAY-AM (1030)

For a while now, I have been hearing what appears to be pager noises superimposed on KFAY-1030's audio.

I sent an email to the station manager yesterday but haven't heard back.

I _think_ the sounds correlate with what appears to be a pager transmitter on 931.7875 MHz. By having a scanner tuned to that frequency while listening to KFAY, I think the sounds are related. (The only time you can really hear the noise on KFAY is between modulation peaks (when someone isn't speaking, which seldom happens).

Does anyone else hear the noise? Can anyone else give a view on whether it correlates with 931.7875?

I note also that 931.7875 is a pager frequency, but I can't find a listing for it in NW Ark in the FCC database.
