Default Lost my AWIN reception

Last week I lost my ability to receive any AWUN freq's on my Pro 96 handheld. Was working fine one day and then went to nothing. I got the freq changes from Radio Reference and re entered the new freq changes fo Sebastian County.
Up until now I was hearing ASP, Sebastian County and Fort Smith on the AWIN.
I had my scanner checked by a ham radio man and he says all seems to be fine and try a new antenna. I wentto Radio Shack and bought a new magnetic mount antenna but it doesn't help.
What now.
Also my analog freq's aren't coming in as well.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Post Is DSP version correct?

DSP Upgrade
DSP upgrade patch version U1.4 issued 02-20-2007: http://tinyurl.com/2mfflt
DSP APP Firmware Version U1.4 provides the following enhancement to your PRO-96/2096 Digital Trunking Scanner:

Improved digital decoding:
After upgrading to DSP Application firmware version 1.3 (DSP-APP 1.3), some users reported increased instances of the scanner failing to decode the beginning of digital transmissions on certain systems. DSP-APP 1.4 improves the performance of initial digital voice decoding and should result in fewer instances of undecoded digital noise at the beginning of transmissions. Under certain circumstances, such as when weak or distorted signals are present, the scanner may occasionally fail to decode the beginning of a digital transmission even after upgrading to DSP-APP 1.4.

Also, check your internal antenna connection. On the PSR-500 there have been reports of a screw loose inside that connects the antenna to the " motherboard?"

Default Lost AWIN

I had my scanner checked out by a ham radio builder and he said trhat he found nothing wrong and suggested a new antenna which I went to Radio Shack and bought a "scanner antenna". No help. I talked to another scanner listener and he suggested hitting the reset for the scanner and starting from scratch. Right now I have all the AWIN in 2 700 and 800, from the lowest freq to the highest. I had before AWIN put in some 800 #'s mixed with analog freq's that was before I knew to go by the LCN. I found last night that there were 5 step changes from what I had before. I made those corrections with no success. I am just about to push the reset. If you want to talk to me my cell is 479-461-7456.
Thanks again for your help.
Tom

I looked at the Fort Smith frequencies, control and all are 700 MHz. (Control Freqs: 1-001 / 1-1 / Fort Smith Simulcast (Troop H)* 764.20625a 764.45625c 764.70625a 764.95625a). You cannot monitor 700 MHz trunked freqs with a Pro-96, so the problem may not be the scanner, antenna, or other technical problems. You need to monitor other towers in the area to see if they handle the traffic you want (they may be too far away to be any help), or, best bet, upgrade to a scanner such as the BC396 or R/S Pro-106.

You dont need to put the Fort Smith tower in there, you will hear the same traffic on all the troop H towers, as you would on the Fort Smith tower. I have a pro 96 and still hear all the FSPD,EMS,Fire etc on all the Troop H towers
