Default AWIN Interop really does work

Just monitored an Bryant PD chase thru another jurisdiction, and it used the MAC 9 tg... This is how interop works! Any state that doubts that a statewide trs is a good thing... think again. The AWIN, VIPER, Palmetto 800, and others are prime examples of true interop in action.
