Default New scanner

I am from Nea i am wanting some suggestions on a new scanner that will pick up jonesboro pd, jonesboro, fd, and the awin system. I am new to the awin system so i am sure that i will have several more questions on programming this unit. i really dont want a handheld unit. thank for the help

Radio Shack PRO-2096, GRE PSR600... UNIDEN B996XT....or the PSR500 or B396XT....PRO-163??? I can't recall which of the new PRO's is the base model....

Pro-197 is the desktop version of the Pro-106. I have the 197 and it does real well on AWIN.
