Thanks man.. Bummer you didn't see them, and now that I think about it, they were heading pretty far southwest compared to AR20, so I'm thinking they would have been out over the ocean or maybe to the mainland by the time they got to your area. Hopefully the next flight comes down your way a bit further.
The weather said sunny for tomorrow last I checked.

Great pic! Looks like one fighter on the hose right side and you can clearly
see boom hose on the left wing.Rare 4 engine fuselage VC-10 as well in action.
Funny mode s only had these guys as far as upstate New York or Mass area.
Possible they stopped at Westover or went way offshore down South?

Thanks Mark. I actually got 1 or 2 shots(my last few) of both of them on the boom's, but my antenna and roof was intruding on the picture, so I didn't post it. They were headed WSW by what I could tell, so I would say they stayed inland if anything.
Thanks for the heads up on the second wave too, hopefully the weather clears out by the time they get moving again.

I thought I heard some chatter, was away from the radios, but heard it from the other room, was short whatever it was. There was a KC in the area around that time according to the box.

Thanks Mark. I finally will be off for a few days after tonight and am hoping for clear skies and some interesting traffic in my area. I'll be on the lookout for the Blue Flight.

Also maybe this weekend some Dutch F-16's that have been working out
in Arizona for a while will be heading East to Lajes.
NAF-41 KDC-10 tanker T-235 went to Phoenix area last night 0245z.
8-10 Dutch F-16's I think using callsign Retro.
Prob will use a US tanker for support also.. BLUE 32 showing back up St Johns today.

UK group is pretty sure that BLUE51 will be dragging A-10s back with them to the US. Should be 82-0650, 81-0962 & 81-098 from Spangdahlem (via Lajes).

OK Thanks.. Spang A-10's retiring for now to desert at Davis Monthan as that unit draws down.
BLUE 21 61-0300 ILL ANG to Arizona yesterday so think this one will take one group of the Dutch
F-16's east.
No other moves logged yesterday..They should be coming East later today.

First group Retro 71 flight of 6 F-16's with BLUE 21 made Shaw AFB this afternoon.
Fighters were using VHF for ATC coms as well.
Second group Retro 81 with NAF-41 enroute should be there in a couple hours.
Not sure how far North these guys will go before turning East to Lajes tommorow.
