if this will affect moves... That second Res tonight seemed like Bones altitude.
I had this logging that i was late on! I finally started going through all my recordings.

8/19 -

341.750 - Ethyl 05 calling Snoop 55 about meeting up near Albany for AR. Sounds like they were going to try and AR in flight without being in the track. Ethyl was asking Snoop what is the highest altitude that they can take on fuel at. Snoop comms were a female. Sounded like they were going to get a 100K off-load.

Did they mention anything about what they were up too? That's the flight that I though I heard them say they would be working south of NFLD, which seemed very odd.

Not sure if this is related but there was a VIMY11/12/13 flight (Cf-18s from Bagotville) up today.
They went direct Greenwood early this morning.
Between 1911Z-1934Z I was picking them up on A-A 261.300. (During the COBRA55 refueling).
This could have been the source of that wonderful noise.

BTW...Sunday and Monday, the 'Discovery Air Defence Services' (formally known as Top Aces) Alpha jets were buzzing about out of HIA. They show up great on PlanePlotter.

That timing is about right, but I cant be sure, it was loud, but not CF-18 x 3 loud.

The 'LARKs' should be CF-18s of 425 Squadron, 'Alouettes' from CFB Bagotville, PQ. BRUISER01 (Also CHEETAH) would be the Alpha Jet (show as AJET in PlanePlotter)

Any of you folks pick up a refueling at about 0700Z this morning? PP Logs show HOIST99 and TEAM21 (both KC-10s) were in the area.

Blue 32 was indeed the support for the two German tornados.

I had him on PP. Currently Sharer su, BV and Iz. have him. Tail 83-0082 at FL400 as of 1650Z heading my way (SW)
Negative comms as of yet. I don't think he has any company with him.

I heard something while out in Bedford around that time, I looked, but never saw. I just assumed it was something big going into YHZ, but it had a louder rumble than most.

I heard the tail end of these guys working as I was getting home, they were on a 2nd ARW freq.. There was also 2 other aircraft in the area at the time, SHADOW91, and SHADOW 91.. Was rather weird.

It sounded like they were going to try to refuel enroute and not in the AR track. They were going to meet in Albany. Thats all i had on my recording.
