Default Codiac RCMP

Anyone know what is going on with Codiac's main channel? 154.755 is the frequency, I am hearing radio bursts and sometimes it goes silent for hours which is extremely uncommon for Codiac. Are they changing systems or is there just a technical issue they are having?

"Echo's" are typically specialized units. Could be K9, Could be Ident, something other then general patrol.
