If close enough,
I would look for either a Motorola or EDAC Trunk in the 380-400 or 400-420 Bands

Harbor/Shore Patrols have been known to use the 457/467 Bands

On a side note, has anyone confirmed what the Canadian Warships use for Water/Shore Patrols, or on-board Comms ?

They frequently visit Boston and so far I've struck out searching
