i am gonna assume that this if for the NSW GRN note that it finishes just outside Buladelah,
NSW Government Radio Network (P25) Trunking System, NSW Statewide and ACT, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies

all the information is available in the database Police, Fire, Ambulance and RFS are all state wide systems

For the GRN there'd only be 3 or 4 sites between Newy and Buledelah. From there it's PMR to the border, FRNSW, ASNSW, RFS, SES and of course the police.
You will need a digital scanner to do the whole area, even outside the GRN as the police are steadily going digital and the RFS have gone in certain areas too.
Cheers
Matt
