Level Meters on Web Player

It seems this evening I am having problems with the web player on my PC. The web player used to have dual levels (stereo feed) and now has many little lines that go with the audio. My PC recently updated adobe flash player, can this be the issue or did RR make a change and I am paranoid??

If you click on the level meters you can toggle different "modes".
