Default Error status from RR

I am trying to set up a live feed and when I start my broadcast I keep getting Error Status from RR HTTP/1.0 403 mountpoint in use Content type:text/html

I am connected from the external speaker jack on scanner to the mic input on my computer and have disabled my firewall to try and correct it. So far no luck, any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong or how to fix it?

You should use the "line in" instead of the "mic in".
The "record out" jack on the scanner is better if yours has one.
I am not familiar with the error message.
You should have asked this in Live Audio Feed Administration Forum.

My computer doesn't have a line in so I am using the mic jack and Radio References directions for it. After further checking it appears it is an error on Radio References end. I am getting a message now that says the connection has been lost and they are trying to repair it. Thanks for your advice though!
