Saving archives

I am wanting to save a few archives but I can't seem to get them to download. I can not get the save to folder box to come up. Any ideas on how to save?

I don't know what the problem is on one of my computers. But when I tried to save on another computer the SAVE box came up and saved the archive just fine.
