Would like feed back on audio of feed

Have had some complaints on the following feed. So far I have been unable to hear what the complaint is having. Would appreciate any feed back if there is an audio / feed issue and what specifically is happening?

Topeka Police Dispatch - Live Audio Feed

It sounds fine to me, however I only listened for about 5 minutes. The only thing I noticed is that I had to turn my computer's volume up to about 50% to hear it. Most feeds I can hear fine with the volume at about 15-20%.

Sounds fine on my tablet, which doesn't have the best sound. Maybe it's the users?

Sometimes listeners are not used to listening to digital. The volume level could come up a little, otherwise it doesn't sound too bad for P25.
