Default TYT DM 680 Handset VHF Radios programming issue

Dears,,
I have programming Issue for TYT DM 680 radioxide hand set vhf
I have been bought new data programming cable its new one as attached picture and is define With PC...
issue is when I try to read the radio I got message radio connection fail.. I couldn't read it tell now what's your suggestions and support any one here gother same problem before...

please you support is high appreciated

Did you correctly load the driver software for that cable. Does the cable show up in the computers OS?

There are no drivers for the TYT cable itself. The cable passes USB directly to the radio, unlike Baofeng and similar cables that look identical, but contain a USB-serial converter chip embedded in the cable.

You have to plug the cable into the radio and the cable into the computer before the computer will detect that anything has been plugged in.

The cable is show up in the PC and define correctly.

I have got the solution and I success to read the radio by using
Same cable of Baofeng and it is working fine.
