Started in Oxnard as an attempt traffic stop. then fled Sb on 101, oxnard pd terminated the purisuit then chp picked it in T.O. subject also threw out something out the window (white powered) on the Moorpark off ramp. they are now back in ventura county . WB 118 in simi. LAPD has a copter. 42.400 chp purple.
