Default Riverside County - Vehicle rollover with burn victims

S/B 215 at the Cajalco Expressway - 1 veh roll over that is now fully involved, 2 burn victims, Mercy Air is en-route and they will be landing helicopter on the 215

Comms on 154.145 Support 5, 154.415 RVC Tac 2 and 156.075 CALCORD
